My Journey to You

A Foundation in Pediatric Care

My professional journey began in Paris, as a pediatric nurse at Necker's Hospital, specializing in neonatal cardiology, and a team of SOS Allaitement (the regional Helpline to support families through their breastfeeding journeys). This foundational experience grounded my understanding of pediatric healthcare, teaching me the complex challenges and profound rewards of working with the smallest patients and their families.

Support Baby Sleep Differently

My work as a maternity nurse in London exposed me to the reality of our system, which invisibilized either the baby's needs or the parent's well-being. I aspire to a different approach to supporting families, with an approach grounded in the real-world complexity of parenting, offering compassionate solutions to parents while respecting the natural rhythms and sleep biology of babies.

A New Chapter in London

In 2017, I brought my expertise to London, a vibrant city that offered new challenges and opportunities. Here, I introduced the Thalasso Baby Bath technique, an innovative practice I was trained in by Sonia Krief. This method, focused on gentle transitions from womb to world, has allowed me to offer not just care, but a calming, transformative experience for newborns and parents alike. Soon, it became my background philosophy for smoother transitions in childhood and parenthood in general.

Advocate a Brighter Future for Families

Today, as I continue to evolve and adapt my methods, my commitment remains unwavering—to equip parents with the knowledge and tools they need for the challenging yet rewarding journey of raising children. It’s not just about supporting parents, but continuously exploring new ways to meet the evolving needs of families and setting new compassionate standards in the care and support of newborns and their parents.

"Infirmière Puéricultrice" is a term used in Francophone countries, to refer to a specialized nurse who works primarily with infants and young children.

They often work in maternity wards, neonatal intensive care units, pediatric clinics, and sometimes in home care settings, focusing on the health and well-being of newborns and young children, and especially baby sleep challenges.

Puéricultrices are trained to work together with paediatricians, to assist with feeding practices, monitor growth and development milestones, ensure children receive necessary care, and offer parental support and education for their family.

Accredited by the state and trained to support families from birth to adulthood, in France they hold significant importance in early childhood healthcare, making them trusted figures in ensuring the well-being and development of the youngest citizens.
